Description

The Oakey Building is an attractive four-story steel frame building that contains approximately 100,625 rentable square feet, for sale or lease. The building was originally built for the IRS in 1989 and therefore has modifications, such as a high-security system, computer room with pressurized floors, fiber optics, and other tenant-related amenities.
